By accessing or using the ProfileBoost service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProfileBoost provides a profile optimization service that helps users enhance their online presence and improve their digital profiles. The Service offers suggestions and tools to refine user profiles across various platforms. It is intended for guidance and improvement purposes only and is not a guarantee of specific outcomes or professional success.

3. Purchases

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.1. Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

  • Errors in the description or prices for Goods
  • Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

3.3. Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.

Your right to cancel an Order only applies to Goods that are returned in the same condition as You received them. You should also include all of the product's instructions, documents and wrappings. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as You received them or which are worn simply beyond opening the original packaging will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order for the supply of any of the following Goods:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged Your loss of cancellation right.

3.4. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

3.5. Prices Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

3.6. Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we strive to provide valuable suggestions to improve your LinkedIn presence and grow your audience, ProfileBoost does not guarantee any specific outcomes, such as increased follower count, engagement rates, or business opportunities. Your results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your industry, content quality, and LinkedIn's algorithm changes.

4.5. User Responsibility: As a freelancer, agency owner, or business owner, you are solely responsible for the implementation of any suggestions provided by the Service. ProfileBoost does not assume responsibility for any business decisions or actions taken based on our recommendations.

5. AI-Powered Recommendations

5.1. AI Technology: ProfileBoost utilizes AI technology to analyze profiles and generate recommendations for optimization and audience growth.

5.2. Nature of Recommendations: These AI-powered recommendations are generated using algorithmic processes and should be considered as suggestions for improving your presence and growing your audience.

5.3. Limitations: While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI recommendations may not always be applicable or effective for every individual or business.

5.4. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of these AI-generated recommendations in achieving your specific business goals or audience growth targets.

5.5. User Responsibility: As a user of ProfileBoost, you are solely responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make based on these AI recommendations. We encourage you to use your professional judgment when implementing any suggestions.

5.6. Data Usage: By using ProfileBoost, you agree that your LinkedIn profile data and any additional information you provide may be processed by our AI systems to generate these recommendations.

6. User Accounts

6.1. You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

6.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

7. User Content

7.1. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post to the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Self-Awareness Quiz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any content, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any other user of the Service;
  • any changes which we may make to the Service, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the Service;
  • any action taken or decision made based on the information provided by the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
